Shipping and Returns

We are currently only shipping in the UK and the Channel Islands. As all our orders are hand poured in small batches please allow 5-7 working days before dispatch (this may be extended during busy periods). Royal Mail are noticeably slower than usual. Please take this into account when placing an order.

Our shipping is weight-based, which means that your shipping cost will depend on how much you are purchasing.

We have three rates:

  • £2.85 for those purchases that can be sent as a large letter
  • £4.85 for those purchases that can be sent as a small parcel
  • £9.50 for those purchases that can be sent as a medium parcel (up to 5kg)

Occasionally we do offer free shipping with certain products.

With Royal Mail, a parcel is only classed as 'lost' after 10 working days, so if you haven't received your parcel within 10 working days of this date, please contact us to let us know.

Returns

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We will occasionally accept returns of full, unused products. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Refunds are issued once the items are received by us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We take a lot care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace items that have been used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We will not accept returns on used products. Refunds will only otherwise be given in the event that a parcel is lost in transit (unless the customer agrees to a replacement) or if goods arrived damaged to the extent that they cannot be used. If only a part of your order is damaged only a partial refund will be given, this will cover the cost of the damaged item only.

Please remember that scent is subjective and unfortunately we cannot accept returns, or issue refunds, on orders where customers simply do not like the scent.
