Shipping policy

We are currently only shipping in the UK. As all our orders are hand poured in small batches please allow 5-7 working days before dispatch (this may be extended during busy periods). Royal Mail are noticeably slower than usual. Please take this into account when placing an order.

Our shipping is weight-based, which means that your shipping cost will depend on how much you are purchasing.

We have two rates:

• £2.50 for those purchases that can be sent as a large letter
• £3.85 for those purchases that can be sent as a small parcel.

Occasionally we do offer free shipping with certain products.

With Royal Mail, a parcel is only classed as 'lost' after 10 working days, so if you haven't received your parcel within 10 working days of this date, please contact us to let us know.
